Conditioning: Football conditioning (optional, but highly encouraged) will take place on the following dates from 5 – 7 p.m.:
July 17th & July 19th
July 24th & July 26th
Open to all 6th – 8th graders
You must have a physical dated after June 1st 2018
Open to all 6th, 7th and 8th graders
Official Practice and tryouts will begin on August 1st
Practices will run daily from 5pm – 7pm – Coaches will hand out practice schedules
Once school begins August 13th, Practices will run daily from after school till 5pm.
Coach Fields will be holding a parent meeting for new cheerleaders to go over expectations, consequences, and financial obligations at 6pm in Room MPR7 (located upstairs at CMS next to the library)

Rising 8th and 9th graders who want to run Cross Country in the fall can attend our first practice on Tuesday, June 5th at 7:00 am on the High School Track.
Students must have a physical dated after May 1st 2018 to try out.

No football conditioning at the high school today (Thursday).
Students should go home
We hope that you will join us for our End of the Year Sports Awards at CMS in the auditorium (Thursday May 10th). The event will run from 5:30 – 7pm (ish).
Light refreshments will be provided
Track will receive their awards at another time due to their Final Middle School Track Meet at Norfolk Academy.
Only Distance Runner should be going to St. Christopher’s for Today’s Meet – bus leaves at 2:15
Non-distance middle school track members should go home – no practice.
Baseball and Softball will make up their rainout game against King George on May the 7th at 4:45 at Parks and Rec fields (across from the Middle School).
Due to the standing water on the field, the conditions are unfit to play. There will be no practice either for the soccer team.
