You must have a current physical for this school year to stay and practice
Practice starts Nov 6th from 3 – 5pm. Activity Bus leaves at 5:15pm
Practices will run on Monday’s and Wednesday’s.
A pair of athletic shorts and t shirt are required. Wrestling shoes are recommended but not required. Mouthpieces are required for students with braces. Headgear is also required.
Preseason conditioning from Coach Harris: Students should be doing push-ups, sit-ups, jumping rope and running to start getting into shape.
